It contains the notarial documents referring to the inheritance of Francisco Ugarte Valdés, and which he consigned to the Hermandad de Dolores [Fraternity of Sorrows] as the recipient of a part of it. Among some of the available documents are: a note sheet that indicates the different censuses founded by the executor of Ugarte's assets, and of which the Fraternity was to receive a quarter in November 1919, May 1920, August 1921 and December 1921; Two copies of Ugarte's will, dated 1916; and finally the accounting renderings of the censuses of November 1919, May 1920, August 1921 and December 1921. Loose papers: 1) Four-page notarial document dated 1919 that indicates the Junta de Beneficencia de Santiago [Santiago Charity Board] as the sole heir of Ugarte, which by testamentary clause had to found a census whose fourth part was assigned to the Hermandad de Dolores [Fraternity of Sorrows]; 2) Accountability of the census of June 1919 stipulated in Ugarte's will, in which the Fraternity had to be paid 175,000.
Contiene los documentos notariales referidos a la herencia de Francisco Ugarte Valdés, y que consignó a la Hermandad de Dolores como receptora de una parte de esta. Entre algunos de los documentos disponibles se encuentran: una hoja de apuntes que señala los distintos censos fundados por el albacea de los bienes de Ugarte, y de los cuales la Hermandad debía percibir la cuarta parte en noviembre de 1919, mayo de 1920, agosto de 1921 y diciembre 1921; 2 copias del testamento de Ugarte, fechado en 1916; y por último las rendiciones de contabilidad de los censos de noviembre de 1919, mayo de 1920, agosto de 1921 y diciembre de 1921. Papeles sueltos: 1) Documento notarial de cuatro hojas fechado en 1919 que señala como único heredero de Ugarte a la Junta de Beneficencia de Santiago, la cual por cláusula testamentaria debió fundar un censo cuya cuarta parte fue asignada a la Hermandad de Dolores; 2) Rendición de contabilidad del censo del mes de junio de 1919 estipulado en el testamento de Ugarte, en que la Hermandad debía pagarse 175.000.
