It contains information regarding the assets of Mercedes Valdés Cuevas de Barros Luco (1843-1926), whose will included the Instituto de Caridad Evangélica Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Evangelical Charity "Fraternity of Sorrows"] as heir, in the event that the Junta de Beneficencia de Santiago [Santiago Charity Board] –universal heir of these assets– did not comply with the provisions established in said document, specifically, the construction of the Barros Luco Hospital. Contiene información relativa a los bienes de Mercedes Valdés Cuevas de Barros Luco (1843-1926), cuyo testamento incluyó como heredero al Instituto de Caridad Evangélica Hermandad de Dolores, en caso de que la Junta de Beneficencia de Santiago –heredera universal de estos bienes– no cumpliera con las disposiciones establecidas en dicho documento, específicamente, la construcción del Hospital Barros Luco.
