It contains information related to the inheritance of Mrs. Carmela Garrido de Matte, whose testamentary provisions included the Instituto de Caridad Evangélica Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Evangelical Charity "Fraternity of Sorrows"] as beneficiary. Contiene información relativa a la herencia de doña Carmela Garrido de Matte, cuyas disposiciones testamentarias incluyeron como beneficiario al Instituto de Caridad Evangélica Hermandad de Dolores. Específicamente, se trataba de la fundación de un censo, el que fue redimido en arcas fiscales el 14 de agosto de 1935.
