It presents a set of varied documents, related to two properties bequeathed to the Hermandad de Dolores [Fraternity of Sorrows] by Victoria Vicuña Hurtado through a testamentary clause. Among others: the budget for the restoration of the electrical light installations of the properties located at 2524 and 2552 Agustinas street, dated in 1946; a report on the review of electrical installations by the general management of electrical and gas services; various insurance policies for the properties mentioned above; reports on the repairs in the properties at 2552 Agustinas street; note of receipt of money from the Instituto Cervantes [Cervantes Institute] for works carried out on property; record of expenditure on the purchase of wood by Cervantes Institutes; vouchers of deposit of the Victoria Vicuña estate in Banco de Chile [Chile Bank]; promissory notes to the order of the succession of Victoria Vicuña to the Instituto Cervantes; Receipts of payment for water, telephone and contributions from previous properties, etc.
Presenta un conjunto de documentos variados, relacionados con dos propiedades legadas a la Hermandad de Dolores por Victoria Vicuña Hurtado mediante cláusula testamentaria. Entre otros: el presupuesto para la restauración de las instalaciones de luz eléctrica de las propiedades ubicadas en la calle Agustinas números 2524 y 2552, fechada en 1946; un informe de la revisión de las instalaciones eléctricas por parte de la dirección general de servicios eléctricos y de gas; varias pólizas de seguro de los inmuebles mencionados anteriormente; informes sobre los arreglos en la propiedades de Agustinas Nº 2552; nota de recepción de dinero del Instituto Cervantes por trabajos realizados en propiedad; registro del gasto en la compra de madera por el I. Cervantes; comprobantes de depósito de la sucesión Victoria Vicuña en el Banco de Chile; letras de pago a la orden de la sucesión de Victoria Vicuña al Instituto Cervantes; comprobantes del pago de agua, teléfono y de las contribuciones de las propiedades anteriores, etc.
