Continuation of the dissertation that endorsed the legal personality of the Hermandad de Dolores [Fraternity of Sorrows], written by Clemente Pérez Valdés on September 24, 1942. It provides new data to confirm that the institution could receive the inheritance of Mrs. Victoria Vicuña Hurtado without problems, and that the claim filed by Messrs. Morandé Calvo had no legal basis. At the end of the text, the author claims to have found the original statutes of the Hermandad de Dolores [Fraternity of Sorrows] in room 11 of the Biblioteca Nacional de Chile [National Library of Chile], which allowed to verify his defense.
Continuación de la disertación que respaldó la personalidad jurídica de la cofradía de la Hermandad de Dolores, escrita por Clemente Pérez Valdés el 24 de septiembre de 1942. Aporta nuevos datos para confirmar que la institución podía recibir sin problemas la herencia de doña Victoria Vicuña Hurtado, y que la demanda interpuesta por los señores Morandé Calvo no tenía sustento legal. Al finalizar el texto, el autor señala haber encontrado los estatutos primitivos de la Hermandad de Dolores, en la sala 11 de la Biblioteca Nacional de Chile, lo que permitió comprobar su defensa.
