It contains the documents related to the legal procedure for the registration of a property on Baquedano street in Santiago de Chile, which by testamentary clause of the priest Francisco de Paula Taforó (1889) was inherited to Dolores Taforó and her descendants. The antecedents of the case are presented by the lawyer Alfredo del Valle, such as: death certificate of Dolores Araya y Taforó (1930); testament of Francisco de Paula y Taforó; baptism certificate of María Susana and Luz Clara Velásquez Araya, granddaughters of the aforementioned Dolores Araya; Receipts of payment of property taxes. The loose papers correspond to a copy of the request of this lawyer, so that the Conservador de Bienes Raíces [Real Estate Curator] can proceed to the registration of the property on Baquedano Street in the name of María Susana and Luz Clara.
Contiene los documentos relativos al procedimiento legal para la inscripción de una propiedad en la Calle Baquedano de Santiago de Chile, que por cláusula testamentaria del presbítero Francisco de Paula Taforó (1889) fue heredada a Dolores Taforó y sus descendientes. Se presentan los antecedentes del caso por mano del abogado Alfredo del Valle, como por ejemplo: certificado de defunción de Dolores Araya y Taforó (1930); testamento de Francisco de Paula y Taforó; certificado de bautismo de María Susana y Luz Clara Velásquez Araya, nietas de la referida Dolores Araya; comprobante del pago de las contribuciones de la propiedad. Los papeles sueltos corresponden a una copia de la solicitud de este abogado, para que el Conservador de Bienes Raíces proceda a la inscripción de la propiedad de la calle Baquedano a nombre de María Susana y Luz Clara.
