It contains information on the properties of the Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Evangelical Charity "Fraternity of Sorrows"], in the first half of the 20th century. It includes different types of documentation: mortgage records, property records in the Conservador de Bienes Raíces de Santiago [Santiago Real Estate Curator], correspondence, wills, lease contracts, sales, formation of companies, death certificates, custody statuses, insurance policies, authorisations of the Archbishopric of Santiago, among others. The properties of the following streets are mentioned repeatedly: Santo Domingo, Agustinas, Castro and Dieciocho.
