Presents varied information. The documents of 1909 refer to the sale of a property located at 5 Lira street, between Carlos Giaverini and Ignacio Cisternas (November 1909); and the purchase made previously of the same property by the first of them to Rudecindo Rosell (January 1909). In addition, it presents a sheet of thin paper with instructions to carry out a public deed of sale prior agreement of the Fraternity Council, written by Guillermo Ramírez Barahona (this last document is incomplete, since it constitutes the second page of a letter of greater extension). Also included is a letter on the payment of taxes on the inheritance of Celinda Tagle de Correa, dated March 14, 1931. Bracketed papers correspond to typewritten documents dated 1960 and issued by Andrés Undurraga, representative of “Davis Autos SAC”, referring to the acquisition of a part of the property of 563 Dieciocho street, belonging to the Institute of Charity by previous donation of Matilde Cécereu de Bertholus.

Los documentos de 1909 hacen referencia a la compraventa de una propiedad ubicada en la calle Lira Nº 5, entre Carlos Giaverini e Ignacio Cisternas (noviembre 1909); y a la compra realizada previamente de la misma propiedad por el primero de estos, a Rudecindo Rosell (enero de 1909). Se presenta, además, una hoja de papel delgada con instrucciones para realizar una escritura pública de compraventa previo acuerdo del Consejo de la Hermandad, escrito por Guillermo Ramírez Barahona (este último documento se encuentra incompleto, pues constituye la segunda página de una misiva de mayor extensión). También se incluye una misiva sobre el pago de impuestos de la herencia de Celinda Tagle de Correa, fechada el 14 de marzo de 1931. Papeles corcheteados corresponden a documentos mecanografiados fechados en 1960 y emitidos por Andrés Undurraga, representante de “Davis Autos S.A.C.”, referentes a la adquisición de una parte de la propiedad de la calle Dieciocho Nº 563, perteneciente al Instituto de Caridad por previa donación de Matilde Cécereu de Bertholus.
