It contains a set of pages from the Diario Oficial [Official Gazette], with information on the maintenance of different properties of the Hermandad de Dolores [Fraternity of Sorrows] based on permits issued by the Ministerio del Interior [Home Department] between 1918 and 1929. As an example: “Ministerio del Interior [Home Department]: Draft agreement approved by the National Congress by which the institution called 'Hermandad de Dolores' [Fraternity of Sorrows] is granted the permission required to retain possession of a real estate located on 1068 Concepción Street of this city ”, or “Project of agreement approved by the National Congress, by which the institution called 'Hermandad de Dolores' [Fraternity of Sorrows] is granted the necessary permission to retain possession of two real estate located at 627 Santo Domingo and 666 General Urriola streets in this city ”. In the volume, the articles referring to the Fraternity are outlined in blue or red pencil, and together with the properties previously mentioned, the documents also mention those located at 71 Castro street (article of 1924); 1765 Arturo Prat Street (article of 1929); and 314 San Isidro street (article of 1927).
Contiene un conjunto de páginas del Diario Oficial, con información relativa al mantenimiento de distintas propiedades de la Hermandad de Dolores a partir de permisos emitidos por el Ministerio del Interior, entre los años 1918 y 1929. A modo de ejemplo: “Ministerio del interior: Proyecto de acuerdo aprobado por el Congreso Nacional por el cual se concede a la institución denominada ‘Hermandad de Dolores’, el permiso requerido para conservar la posesión de un bien raíz ubicado en la calle Concepción Nº 1068 de esta ciudad”, o “Proyecto de acuerdo aprobado por el Congreso Nacional, por el cual se concede a la institución denominada ‘Hermandad de Dolores’ el permiso necesario para conservar la posesión de dos bienes raíces ubicados en las calles Santo Domingo Nº 627 y General Urriola Nº 666 de esta ciudad”. En el volumen, los artículos referidos a la Hermandad se encuentran contorneados con lápiz azul o rojo, y junto a las propiedades anteriormente señaladas, los documentos mencionan también aquellas localizadas en la Calle Castro 71 (artículo de 1924); calle Arturo Prat 1765 (artículo de 1929); y San Isidro 314 (artículo de 1927).
