It contains information on two different topics: the properties of the Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Charity Fraternity of Sorrows], in 1934; and the taxes paid by this same institution, around 1960. The first document records the purchase made by Ema Portales Tapia of the property located on Pedro Montt street, Quinta Normal commune. The latter had formerly been the property of Fernando Mebold Portales and Amantina Adriasola Berguencio. The second document corresponds to an individual credit or cancellation note for any tax drawn or enrolled, for the month of February 1960 (original typed and photocopy of it).
Contiene información sobre dos temas distintos: las propiedades del Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores, en 1934; y los impuestos cancelados por esta misma institución, hacia 1960. El primer documento registra la compra efectuada por Ema Portales Tapia, del inmueble ubicado en calle Pedro Montt, comuna de Quinta Normal. Esta última había sido antiguamente propiedad de Fernando Mebold Portales y Amantina Adriasola Berguencio. El segundo documento, corresponde a una nota de crédito o de anulación individual para cualquier impuesto girado o enrolado, del mes de febrero de 1960 (original mecanografiada y fotocopia de la misma).
