Contains various information. Fundamentally, the notarial document for the sale of a property located at 1750 Oriente street in the City of Santiago de Chile, sold to Mercedes Rosas de Allende by the Caja de Crédito Hipotecario [Mortgage Credit Bank] dated October 28, 1937 is presented. Attached by a pin are two small papers dated 1955 and issued by the municipal treasurer indicating paving costs, presumably for the property in question. Two plans are included: 1) Plan of Julio Rafael Labré property at 1192 Keller street, Providencia commune. Scale: 1: 100, no date; 2) Plan of subdivision and annexation property of the Hermandad de Dolores [Fraternity of Sorrows], 218 San Isidro street, Santiago. Scale 1: 100, dated 1975.

Se presenta, fundamentalmente, el documento notarial de compraventa de una propiedad ubicada en Calle Oriente 1750 de la Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, vendida a Mercedes Rosas de Allende por la Caja de Crédito Hipotecario, fechado el 28 de octubre de 1937. Junto a este se encuentran adjuntos, por medio de un alfiler, dos papeles pequeños fechados en 1955 y emitidos por el tesorero municipal indicando costos de pavimentación, presumiblemente de la propiedad en cuestión. Se incluyen dos planos: 1) Plano de la propiedad de Julio Rafael Labré, calle Keller 1192, comuna de Providencia. Escala: 1:100, sin fecha; 2) Plano de subdivisión y anexión propiedad de la Hermandad de Dolores, calle San Isidro 218, Santiago. Escala 1:100, fechado en 1975.
