It contains general data regarding the operation of the Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Charity "Fraternity of Sorrows"], around 1918. Specifically, it indicates: the composition of the board of directors at that time, a summary of the history and mission of this institution, the different types of dispensaries that it administered (drug stores, charity dispensaries and milk dispensaries), the list of hospitals in Santiago, the list of the Civil Registry Offices in the same city, advices in case the sick were taken to hospitals, advice in maternity case, information on the childcare society, how to transfer the sick to the hospital, the necessary procedures in case of death, together with the details of the 14 districts in which this Charity Institute divided the city of Santiago to provide the corresponding medical, social and spiritual services (limits, name of the inspector in charge and names of those visitors who worked there).

Específicamente señala: la composición del directorio en esa época, un resumen de la historia y la misión de esta institución, los distintos tipos de dispensarios que ésta administraba (las boticas, dispensarios de beneficencia y dispensarios de leche), el listado de los hospitales de Santiago, el listado de las oficinas del Registro Civil existentes en la misma ciudad, consejos en caso de que los enfermos fuesen llevados a los hospitales, consejos en caso de maternidad, información sobre la sociedad de puericultura, el modo de trasladar a los enfermos al hospital, las diligencias necesarias en caso de fallecimiento, junto con el detalle de los 14 distritos en los cuales esta institución de caridad dividía la ciudad de Santiago para brindar los correspondientes servicios médicos, sociales y espirituales (límites, nombre de la inspectora a cargo y nombre de las visitadoras que allí trabajaban).
