It comprehends information on two different topics: The first of them, contained in the sheets that are archived, relates to the general functioning of the Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores [Institute of Charity "Fraternity of Sorrows"], between 1980 and 1983. It includes a list of the members of its directory at that time, another list with the seven polyclinics that it managed in Santiago with their respective addresses, statistics related to the latter (number of care in adults and children, number of extractions performed, cures, injections given, injections delivered, medications, antibiotics, dispensed prescriptions, pectoral [medicine]), and movements of funds (summary of entries and exits). The second topic, contained in the unfiled sheets, presents specific information on the institution's accounts, between approximately 1924 and 1949: payment of contributions, payment of taxes, payment of salaries and the legacy of Matilde Cecereu Godissarz.
Comprende información sobre dos temáticas diferentes: La primera de ellas, contenida en las hojas que se encuentran archivadas, dice relación con el funcionamiento en general del Instituto de Caridad Hermandad de Dolores, entre 1980 y 1983. Incluye un listado con los miembros de su directorio en aquella época, otro listado con los siete policlínicos que gestionaba en Santiago con sus direcciones respectivas, estadísticas vinculadas a estos últimos (cantidad de atenciones en adultos y niños, número de extracciones realizadas, curaciones, inyecciones colocadas, inyecciones entregadas, medicamentos, antibióticos, recetas despachadas, pectoral), y movimientos de fondos (resumen de entradas y salidas). La segunda temática, contenida en las hojas sin archivar, presenta información específica sobre las cuentas de la institución, entre 1924 y 1949 aproximadamente: pago de contribuciones, pago de impuestos, pago de sueldos y legado de Matilde Cecereu Godissarz.
