Criminal proceeding that the Public Justice filed, September 15 1887, against Francisco Serapião de França, referring to the sale of a flour cargo in Jacaraú and Mamanguape that belonged to the farmer Manoel Theotonio Pereira da Costa, dweller in Ingá. It contains: warrant (15 February 1870), statement of tribunal session for witnesses (17 February 1870), accusatory criminal bill of indictment (September 21 1871), receipt (12 March 1872), copy of public notice (September 21 1871), certificate (10 April 1872).
