Contém: mandado (22 de outubro de 1891), certidão (30 de outubro de 1893), termo de assentada (30 de outubro de 1893), auto de qualificação (07 de abril de 1892), libelo crime acusatório (12 de outubro de 1892), certidão de chamada (08 de março de 1893).
Indictment, 1893, that the Public Justice conducted against José Pedro Dias Carneiro, referring to the theft of a mare and a colt that belonged to Francisco Cabral, dweller in Engenho "Acaú" in Goyanna, state of Pernambuco.
