Sumário de culpa, 02 de abril de 1897, que faz a Justiça Pública contra José Candido da Silva, Pedro Emydio Mandú e Germino do Rego Farias, referente ao furto de um poltro no Engenho São José do Bom Jardim, pertencente ao cidadão Silvestre Duarte Ribeiro, para ser vendido em Itabaiana. Contém: mandado (23 de dezembro de 1895), certidão (23 de dezembro de 1895), auto de Inquérito policial (26 de dezembro de 1895), libelo crime acusatório (25 de abril de 1898).
Indictment, 2 April 1897, that the Public Justice conducted against José Candido da Silva Pedro Emydio Mandú and Germino do Rego Farias, referring to the theft of a colt in Engenho São José do Bom Jardim, that belonged to the citizen Silvestre Duarte Ribeiro to be sold in Itabaiana. It contains: warrant (December 23 1895), certificate (December 23 1895), record of police investigation (December 26 1895), accusatory criminal bill of indictment (25 April 1898).
