Contém: Inquérito policial (15 de junho de 1897), portaria, certidão (15 de julho de 1897), auto de corpo de delito (10 de outubro de 1897), mandado (06 de julho de 1898), libelo crime acusatório (25 de setembro de 1898).
Indictment, 14 February 1898, that the Public Justice conducted against Pedro Preá, referring to the aggression that Severiano Barbosa do Rego had suffered in Cachoeria.
