Embargo na obra de construção de engenhoca para açúcar a aguardente de Felippe Nery do Espírito Santo e sua mulher Bárbara de tal. Consta petição de Felippe Nery (2 setembro 1894), certidão (3 julho 1899), cópia do termo de audiência (16 agosto 1899).
Embargo Lawsuit from Obra Nova, September 24 1892, of Agostinho Pereira de Jesus and his wife, Maria Ferreira de Mello, co-owners of the Mituassú property, in the region of Conde. Embargo over the construction of small engenho for sugar and Felipe Nery do Espírito Santo's sugarcane rum and his wife Bárbara Doe. It containts Felippe Nery's petition (September 2, 1894), certificate (3 July 1899), copy of audience term (August 16, 1899).
