A dívida é proveniente ao não pagamento da décima de seus prédios nas Ruas de Duque de Caxias, Aurora, Tambiá, Trincheiras e Gameleira, na cidade da Paraíba. Contém petição do procurador fiscal (3 abril 1893), mandado de citação (4 abril 1893), sentença (5 maio 1893).
Enforcement of debt charge to the State Treasury by the Tax Attorney against the Brotherhood of São Benedicto do Capitulo, on 4 April 1893. The debt results from the lack of payment from the tenth of its buildings at the Duque de Caxias, Aurora, Tambiá, Trincheiras and Gameleira Streets, in the city of Paraíba. It contains the petition from the tax attorney (3 April 1893), summons order (4 April 1893), sentence (5 May 1893).
