Ratificação de protesto marítmo solicitado ao Juízo do Comércio, por João Manoel Fontes, capitão do navio Nacional Estado de Minas, em 15 de Setembro de 1893. Navio encalhado na praia de Lucena e abaixo assinado feito pela tripulação afirmando que o navio tem condições de seguir viagem (15 setembro 1893). Consta juramento do capitão (18 setembro 1893), setença (20 setembro 1893), recebimento do instrumento de ratificação de protesto (25 setembro 1893).
Ratification of a maritime protest requested to the Court of Commerce, by João Manoel Fontes, captain from the ship of the National State of Minas, on September 15 1893. A stranded ship on the beach of Lucena and a petition made by the crew confirming that the ship is in condition to keep on traveling (September 15 1893). It contains an oath from the captain (September 18 1893), sentence (September 20 1893), receipt of instrument of protest ratification (September 25 1893).
