Inventário de Manoel de Souza Cordeiro Simonz, 1818, sendo inventariante dona Inácia Francisca de Jesus. Consta carta precatória enviada pelo juízo de fora e órfãos da cidade de Recife de Pernambuco para o juiz de órfãos da Vila Real de São João, Capitão Antonio Pereira de Castro, informando que o falecido possuía três fazendas de gado vacum e cavalar no termo da Vila Real de São João, além de escravo, Descrição de bens: objetos em ferro (enxada, foice, machado, por exemplo); escravizados (crioulo); gados vacum e cavalos, casa de taipa e currais; terras no Riacho do Seridozinho, um sítio de terras denominado Aldeia em cima da Serra de João Ferreira.
Inventory of goods of Manoela de Souza Cordeiro Simonz, 1818, with Mrs. Inácia Francisca de Jesus as the executor. There is a certificate of collateral sent by the Orphan Court of the city of Recife of Pernambuco to the Orphan Court of Vila Real de São João, Captain Antonio Pereira de Castro, informing that the deceased possessed three farms with cattle and horses at the end of Vila Real de São João, and also a slave. Description of goods: some iron objects (a hoe, a sickle, an axe, for example); slaves ( crioles); livestock of cattle and horses, wattle and daub house and corrals; some land at the Riacho do Seridozinho, a small farmland called Aldeia on top of the Serra de João Ferreira.
