Contém: certidões (08 de julho de 1842 a 25 de agosto de 1842), carta precatória (07 de julho de 1842), procuração ( 15 de dezembro de 1842), auto de partilha (13 de julho de 1842), termo de tutela (25 de agosto de 1842), petição (22 de agosto de 1842).

Description of goods: golden jewells (earings, a rosary, buttons), a set of silver cutlery, tools (an axe), firearms (shotgun), furniture, moving goods (cows, goats), slaves (mulattos, "pardos"), parts of lands (Cunha farm, Gameleira farm, Queimadas farm, Santo Andre farm), a house at the village of Alagoa Nova, active debts. It contains: certificates (08 July 1842 to 25 August 1842), certificate of collateral (07 July 1842) power of attorney (15 December 1842), a notice of division of goods (13 July 1842), a term of guardianship( 25 August 1842), petition (22 August 1842).
