Consta requerimento de Joaquim Rodrigues Ferreira, morador em Serra Branca, tutor dos órfãos filhos de José Vírginio de Barros, ao Juiz Municipal e Órfãos solicitando carta precatória para reaver a escrava herdada por seus tutelados que se encontra na Comarca de Madre de Deus, Pernambuco; mandato e certidão da carta precatória.
Documents regarding the goods left by Francisca das Chagas de Jesus. There is a petition from Joaquim Rodrigues Ferreira, resident in Serra Branca, guardian of the orphans children of José Virginio de Barros to the Municipal and Judge of Orphans requesting certificate of collateral to retrieve the female slave inherited by te children. The slave is now in the county of Madre de Deus, Pernambuco; mandate and certificate of the certificate of collateral.
