Descrição de bens: oratório com imagem, bancos, cangalhas, jogo de caixas, camas, selim, esporas de latão, chocalhos, tacho; prata (garfos, colheres, fivelas), ouro (cordão, argolas), terras (no sitio da Boa Vista do Riachão da Lagoa Nova, no sitio Bom Sucesso, Badalo), casa de taipa, roçado, currais, escrava; gado vacum e cavalar, cabras.
Amicable division of goods between Maria do Seu de Jesus who was married to Manoel Martins Pontes and her children and sons in law. Description of goods: oratory with images, benches, yokes, a set of boxes, beds, small saddle, brass spurs, cow bell, a big pot; silver (forks, spoons, buckles), gold (chain, rings), some land (at the Boa vista do Riachão farm of Lagoa Nova, Bom Sucesso farm, Badalo), a wattle and daub house, a plot for cultivation, corrals, a female slave, cattle and horses, goats.
