Documento manuscrito. Auto de inventário que mandou proceder o Juiz Municipal e de Órfãos Francisco Felix Villar de Carvalho, por falecimento do Felis Ferreira da Silva e Maria Thereza de Jesus tendo como inventariante Manoel Gonçalves Pereira em 30/04/1889, e escrito pelo escrivão Theodorico Cordeiro da Cunha. Tendo herdeiros filhos e netos. Autoamento dos bens não inventariado, para que herdeiros possam fazer a partilha. Descrição do inventário: uma casa de taipa e dois roçados. Consta auto da partilha, em 18/10/1889. Documento: amarelado, pontas quebradiças, furos e sofre a ação da tinta ferrogálica.
Handwritten document. A Notice of the inventory of goods that the Municipal Judge and of Orphans, Francisco Felix Villar de Carvalho, requested after the death of Felis Ferreira da Silva and Maria Thereza de Jesus with Manoel Gonçalves Pereira as the executor in 30 April 1889 and written by the clerk Theodorico Cordeiro da Cunha. The heirs are the children and grandchildren.There is term of forgivennes of the goods not in the inventory so that the heirs can do division of goods. Descripton of the inventory of goods: a wattle and daub house and two plots for cultivation. There is a term of division of goods, in 18 October 1889. The document has yellowed, it is brittled around the edges with tiny holes, and suffers from the action of iron gall ink.
