Documento manuscrito. Auto de inventário que mandou proceder o Juiz Municipal e de Órfãos Francisco Felix Villar de Carvalho, por falecimento do D. Januaria Alexandrina de Souza Leite casada com Firmino José Alves dos Santos, inventariante em 03/04/1889, e escrito pelo escrivão Galdino Jose de Lyra. Tendo herdeiros 3 filhos, o curador Francisco Alves dos Santos Sobrinho e Caetano Petronillo Cavalcante de Albuquerque. Descrição do inventário: ouro, prata, móveis de casa, animais (vacas, ovelhas, cavalos), um sítio de terras, um roçado, um curral, e uma casa de varanda e taipa. Consta auto da partilha, em 01/06/1889. Documento: amarelado com furos, bom estado para leitura
Handwritten document. A notice of the inventory of goods that the Municipal Judge and of Orphans, Francisco Felix Villar de Carvalho, requested after the death of Mrs. Januaria Alexandrina de Souza Leite, married to Firmino José Alves dos Santos, the executor in 03 April 1889 and written by the clerk Galdino Jose de Lyra. Heirs: 3 children. The curators are Francisco Alves dos Santos Sobrinho and Caetano Petronillo Cavalcante de Albuquerque. Description of the inventory of goods: gold, silver, house furniture, animals (cows, sheep, horses), a small farmland, a plot for cultivation, a corral, a wattle and daub house with a porch. There is a term of division of goods, in 01 June 1889. The document has yellowed, with tiny holes, and in good condition for reading.
Custodial history: Document produced in extrajudicial Public Notary and at the Court of Orphans and the Abandoned, County of São João do Cariri.
