- Letter to him from Montgomery of Alamein [Bernard Law Montgomery, 1st Viscount Montgomery of Alamein (1887-1976)], dated 3rd April 1946.
- Letter from Archie W [Archibald Percival Wavell, 1st Earl Wavell (1883-1950)], dated 5th July 1947.
- Floor plans of Government House, Calcutta.
- Summary of accounts at District Bank Limited, Market Drayton (1940).
- Extracts from letters of Second World War British Prisoners of War written from the German prison camp Oflag VI-B (1941), the extracts are from letters written by the following prisoners: Humphrey Dolphin, Peter Ellis, Brian Blackburn and Kenneth Laing.
