This manuscript is a qasida composed by Muhammad al-Ghali Ba. The manuscript opens with a text of acknowledgement dedicated to God, Prophet Muhamad and his sahaba (companions). It is a praise description of the author's beautiful experience during the celebration of Eid al fitr (end-of-Ramadan feast) in the town of Kuwara, Nigeria. The poem describes the beauty of the day as the author saw former Nigerian president Ibrahima Babanguida and his delegation join to him in the celebration. The author rejoices at seeing the immense number of people coming and singing the name of Allah.
Ce manuscrit est une qasida composée par Muhammad al-Ghali Ba. Le manuscrit s'ouvre sur un texte de remerciement dédié à Dieu, au Prophète Muhamad et à ses sahaba (compagnons). Il s'agit d'une louange de la belle expérience de l'auteur lors de la célébration de l'Aïd al fitr (fête de la fin du Ramadan) dans la ville de Kuwara, au Nigéria. Le poème décrit la beauté de la journée lorsque l'auteur a vu l'ancien président nigérian Ibrahima Babanguida et sa délégation se joindre à lui pour la célébration. L'auteur se réjouit de voir l'immense nombre de personnes venir et chanter le nom d'Allah.

Condition of original material: The manuscript was dusty before digitization. It is clearly legible, black ink is fading, paper is turning yellowish with age. It also contains yellow patches probably from insects.
