This book is a handwritten manuscript. It deals with medicine and wisdom.The date of composition of the original text is Hijri 1005 and it was composed in Baghdad. This manuscript was a part of a majmuʽ along with شرح الكافية في اصول علم الطّبّ (A Commentary on The Ultimate Principles of Medical Science), and كتاب المجربّات (Book of Experience-Based Healing).
Extent: The first section of a majmu' containing 83 folios and 2 blank pages.
Size and dimensions of original material: Height 21.5cm, width 16cm, depth 1cm.
Condition of original material: quite good, pages are in yellow colour.
Custodial history: This book was inherited from the father of the archive owner, Sayyid Abdul Khadar Ba Alawi Mattul.
