- A covering letter (IOR/X/12065/1) from Herbert Baker to Lord Peel, dated 2nd May 1921, describes a number of enclosures relating to the new Legislative Chamber in Delhi. These are: photographs of the ground and 1st floor plans and a section, prints of three perspectives of the building, and a plan of the Secretariat blocks.Only two small photographs accompany the letter:
