- Printed in colour on paper, dissected and mounted on linen as four sheets, and folded, with additional decorative paper covers. Stamps in black ink with manuscript additions in blue ink on verso; 920 mm x 901 mm or smaller. All folded sheets contained within a card folder covered in brown book cloth. Printed label on folder. Folded size : 318 mm x 242 mm.
