Resolution on herding the livestock gained from protesting traders and the Chinese Yellow Army at the occupation of Khovd city [1940s copy of 1912 original]; The Minister nominated to defend the Western areas informs the Ministry of Finance. A Chinese inhabitant, Yuani Shan Da leading Rash's store opposed the Mongolian law as he fused with the troops of the rebellious Manchu and Chinese ministers and officers. We confiscated the livestock that he had gained by exploiting the Mongolian people and we send them to the state treasury in accordance with the public rules. This document includes the number of the livestock, and the distribution of food supply of the officer army in nearby banners (Together with the document of the Minister) [1940s copy of 1912 original]
