This text is about the myth of the masks Barong, Bang, and Telek as the embodiments of Bhatara Brahmā, Viṣṇu, and Īśwara to save the world from the plague caused by the Goddess Durgā, and the authority given by Bhaṭāra Guru to a Dalang named Kakung.
Teks ini berisi tentang mitos keberadaan barong, topeng bang, dan telek sebagai perwujudan Bhatara Brahma, Wisnu, dan Iswara untuk menyelamatkan dunia dari wabah penyakit yang diakibatkan oleh Dewi Durga dan otoritas yang diberikan oleh Bhatara Guru kepada Dalang Kakung.
