This manuscript consist of two texts, (1) Wiṣṇu Pañjarĕm, which contains a mantra in praise of Viṣṇu, and (2) Pangasih Sang śinadyan, which contains spells to achieve various purposes, spells to defeat bad spirits, haunted creatures and places, and others.
Naskah ini berisi dua teks yaitu (1) Wiṣṇu Pañjarĕm yang berisi puja mantra untuk Wisnu dan teks (2) Pangasih Sang śinadyan yang berisi mantra-mantra untuk mendapatkan berbagai tujuan, mantra untuk mengalahkan makhluk berwujud menakutkan, angker, dan yang lainnya.
