The discussion of requirements for eligibility for kaṭhina priviledges based on Vinaya subcommentaries. Written in versified prose and in a form of series of detailed and very specific questions and answers. The contents of this fascicle represent the answers. The questions for these answers were provided in the manuscript WL-HL-NKB 148 [BAB-KMS00090] or a very similar one. It is possible that originally both fascicles WL-HL-NKB 074 and WL-HL-NKB 148 were parts of the same manuscript. At some later point in their life, these fascicles were separated and owned by monks from different monasteries (as indicated by ownership notes on respective manuscripts).
Extent and format of original material: Part of the fascicle comprised of 5 (4 + ¾) inscribed folios.
