Vaccavācakadīpanī
- Scope & Content:
-
Bilingual translation of the Vaccavācaka made by Tejavanta, a disciple of Ñāṇasaddhamma. The colophon that credits the work is omitted in the present manuscript as is the first introductory stanza of the source text. Vaccavācaka, a short grammar text, is often identified as composed by a certain Dhammadassī of the 14th century, however, the work that formed a subject of this translation appears to be a composition of the same Tejavanta. Further research is necessary to provide disambiguation.
Extent and format of original material: 1 fascicle of 8 inscribed folios.
Physical characteristics: Incomplete, last folio (ko) missing.
Author(s) of original material: Tejavanta.
