A collection of gāthās and mantras. Starts with 106 gathas that bring about positive effects, corresponds to the same collection of gathas that is found in the ms MORA 0565b at the research library, Ministry of Religious Affairs, Yangon. In WL-HL-KMT 17.1, the gāthās are numbered and there is no guidance on how they should be recited. The rest of the fascicle is different from MORA 0565b as more gāthās are included in this version; there is also a colophon that is absent in MORA 0565b and reads ဓမ္မစေတီစွယ်စုံ ပြီး၏။ ။. The version of the collection contained in the manuscipt MORA 0565b is named ဓမ္မစေတီကျမ်း. This collection is also different from the one found in the ms WL-HL-NKB 340.

Physical characteristics: The fascicle is incomplete; folios goʻ, gaṃ, gāʺ, and gha are missing and folio ghā has a small fragment missing.
