The material in this file is sub-divided into two parts.
1. Correspondence with named correspondents (as maintained by Wood), and correspondence concerning the Young Composer's Forum, as follows:
- Glock, William (1968-88). Begins with a brief letter (1968) from Glock commissioning 'your Cello Concerto for the 1969 Proms'. Subsequent Glock correspondence is with other letters concerning events marking Glock's retirement (1972) and his 80th birthday (1988).
- Hush, Gillian (1973-80). Correspondence concerning various broadcast talks, including Wood's script for 'The Composer Speaks' (broadcast 1973).
- Keller, Hans (1971-75).
- Plaistow, Stephen (1970-88).
- Ponsonby, Robert (1975-80).
- The Young Composer's Forum (1973). Wood was 'an assessor in the selection of new scores', attending performances of selected works and taking part in discussions as a panel member.
