This manuscript which takes the form of tembang, verse form in Javanese Literature to which a reader applies one of known tunes, tells about the story of Sultan Balarul Qamar from Baghdad. The story begins with family tree of The Sultan who were descendants of dari Sayyidina Abbas and ends with the story of Johar Mani'. The manuscript which is usually used when arisan rokat has 13 rows per page with black (photocopy) and red (marker) ink. It also has rubrication.
