This manuscript contains two texts: the story of Bilkaos and Prayers. It takes form of tembang, verse forms in Javanese Literature to which a reader applies one of known tunes. The first text begins with Bilkaos, another name for Prabu Sasrawijaya Simangking Geni. The manuscript has 15 rows per page with black ink and rubricating. The text is usually used in arisan rokat.
