Javanese Primbon

This manuscript is a Primbon which is functional to study Javanese days, months, and years. It has 8 rows per page with black ink. The material consists of both daluang and laid papers. There are illuminations in the interior of the script. The text is made from a line of writing.
Extent: 1 daluang and laid paper manuscript.
Size and dimensions of original material: Height: 13,5 cm., Width: 9 cm.
Condition of original material: The manuscript is heavily damaged, weathered, parts of the paper turn yellow that is possibly due to age and kitchen smoke. The text is found incomplete. The daluang fibers begin to break down. The initial page is torn and partially legible.
