The manuscript is entitled Kitab Alfiyah Ibn Malik since it discusses about The Arabic Grammar according to Ibnu Malik (600-672 H). It has 6 rows per page with black ink. The cover is made of cardboard wrapped by black fabric.

Condition of original material: There are holes causes by insects, but the texts/letters still readable.
Custodial history: This manuscript is stored in the Cemoro Islamic Boarding School which is strongly suspected to belong KH. Sanusi, is a student of Kiai Kholil Harun as well a relative of KH. Abdullah Faqih (founder of Pesantren Cemoro).
