The manuscript entitled Dewi Sujinah reveals tasawwuf (the Islamic mysticism) teachings which take form of dialogues between Pandita Mustakim and his wife Dewi Sujinah, as the main character of the story. The text is presented in the form of tembang, verse forms in Javanese Literature to which a reader applies one of known tunes. The manuscript has 11 rows per page with black and red ink. This manuscript has a watermark.

Size and dimensions of original material: Height: 21 cm., Width: 15,5 cm.
Condition of original material: The manuscript's binding is broken. The papers have been aged and there found some dirty patches. Some pages have been patched with white papers to strengthen the binding, but the text is complete and can clearly read.
Author(s)/Creator(s): The copyist of the manuscript was Haji Sholih of Grogol Village.
