The manuscript entitled Carita Juwarsah and made in the form of tembang, verse forms in Javanese Literature to which a reader applies one of known tunes, tells about King Juwarsah of Sahalsah. The script was written in black. It has 12 rows per page. From the colophon, it is known that the text was copied in 23 Februari 1922. There found in the last pages the excerpt of Lontar Sipat Nabi.
