This manuscript entitled Carita Yusup tells about the story of Prophet Joseph in the form of tembang, verse forms in Javanese Literature to which a reader applies one of known tunes. It tells about the life of Prophet Joseph from 12 years old to his being a King of Egypt. It has 9 rows per page with black and red ink. The cover made from animal skin.
