Orders followed by the Niño Jesús frateniry (Colegio San Pablo) for the right to the revenues of a ground rent imposed on the Buenavista hacienda, located in the Pachacamac valley. It includes a transfer of the will of Diego Pinco, in which the foundation of a pious work is recorded.

Custodial history: The fraternities were created during the colonial era (before 1821). Since the mid-nineteenth century, the Sociedad de Beneficencia Metropolitana de Lima (1834) managed the archives of the fraternities.
