Documents of the Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes fraternity (Nuestra Señora de la Merced convent). It contains: a) Transfer of the documents followed by the provincial father Fray Julián de Andrade, to be able to repair the silver arch donated by Domingo Silvano (1773); b) Transfer of the testament of Ana de Mendizábal and Nicolasa de Mendizábal (1756); c) Orders of creditors followed against the assets of Domingo Murillo (1764); d) Deed granted by Fray Jacinto Jimeno as Director of the Third Order in favor of Doña Juana de Arche y Cabiada (1772); e) Testimony of the testament granted by Doña Melchora del Solar that leaves a Good Memory in favor of the cult of Our Lady about his own house that he owned on Calle de las Mantas (only the title page exists) (1773); f) Testimony of the deed that Don José Antonio de Lavalle made in favor of our Blessed Mother (1774); g) Transfer of the foundation records of the mayorazgo of the Marquises of Casa Boza (1799); h) Declaration of Fray Manuel Lamilla on the auction of a house belonging to the cult of Nuestra Señora de las Merecedes (1800; i) Deeds of lease granted by the fraternity in favor of Manuel Layseca and Doña Magdalena Benavente (1860-1871).
Protocolo de la cofradía Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes (convento Nuestra Señora de la Merced). Contiene: a) Traslado de los autos seguidos por el padre provincial fray Julián de Andrade, para poder refaccionar el arco de plata donado por Domingo Silvano (1773); b) Traslado del testamento de Ana de Mendizábal y Nicolasa de Mendizábal(1756); c) Autos de acreedores seguidos contra los bienes de Domingo Murillo (1764); d) Escritura que otorgó Fray Jacinto Jimeno como Director de la Tercera Orden a favor de doña Juana de Arche y Cabiada(1772);e)Testimonio del testamento otorgado por doña Melchora del Solar que deja una Buena Memoria a favor del culto de Nuestra Señora sobre una casa propia que poseía en la calle de las Mantas(sólo existe la caratula)(1773);f)Testimonio de la escritura que hizo don José Antonio de Lavalle a favor de nuestra Santísima Madre(1774);g)Traslado de los autos de fundación del mayorazgo de los Marqueses de Casa Boza (1799); h)Declaración de Fray Manuel Lamilla sobre el remate de una casa perteneciente al culto de Nuestra Señora de las Merecedes(1800; i) Escrituras de arrendamiento otorgadas por la cofradía a favor de Manuel Layseca y doña Magdalena Benavente (1860-1871).
