Libro de la cuenta de la sindicatura del Monasterio de Santa Rosa de Santa María de Lima correspondiente al año 1898, donde se contabilizan los ingresos por arrendamientos, censos y deuda interna, así como los gastos corrientes, alumbrado y serenazgo, obras y otros, presentada por Máximo M. Vázquez, síndico, ante José María Carpenter, provisor y vicario general del Arzobispado de Lima. Incluye memoria sobre el desempeño del cargo, recibos y otros documentos de pago.
