This material is a Tamil palm-leaf manuscript from Kondavil, Sri Lanka. It is written in Tamil verse during the period of 1800-1850 in Tamil script. This is a Siddha medical text. It contains detailed descriptions regarding Siddha medicines and the composition of those medicines. It also consists of names of the Siddha medicines that were in practiced in Jaffna, i.e. maruntu, kuḻikai, paṣpaṅkaḷ, civaṉ kuḻikai etc.
