This material is a Tamil palm-leaf manuscript from Eastern Province, Sri Lanka. This manuscript is about jātaka (astrology). It is a family archival record of the birth chart of Varatharajan son of K. Sempaappodi. He was born on 16th January 1962. It contains Carasvati tuti, avaiyaṭakkam,kiraka nilai, ēḻaraic caṉi, kōca palaṉ, vāra palaṉ, āṅkica pāṭal, lakkiṉa pāṭal, kuṇa pāṭal, taruṇa pāṭal, camaya pāṭal, camutāya palaṉ, tikku (ticai) palaṉ, vāta palaṉ, māta tēti palaṉ, naṭcattira palaṉ, tēka palaṉ, rāku kētu palaṉ, cēy palaṉ, kuru palaṉ, āyaviya palaṉ, nilaiyāṉa palaṉ, mataṉak kayiṟu, lōka pāṭal, kāla cakkaram and caṉimakā nilai. This manuscript contains 78 pages. The manuscript has some loss and is damaged however the letters are clear to read.
